Who we are
Benchmarked Group is the data controller for this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, write to info@benchmarked.co.
What we collect
Only what you send us. Platform access requests (email, company, industry, revenue band, engineering size, what you want to build, timing), call requests, proof-pack requests (email, company) and job applications (contact details, links and the CV you attach). Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and reach us by email.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you, issue platform access, evaluate an application, or send the documents you asked for — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell data and we do not use your submissions to train models.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party components — the Calendly scheduler on the booking page and YouTube players — may set their own cookies when you interact with them, under their respective policies.
Processors
Netlify (hosting and form handling), Calendly (scheduling), YouTube (video), and our email provider. Data may be processed outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 24 months, job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — plus the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Email info@benchmarked.co and we will respond within 30 days.
